The company's flagship product, Habo Monoester P90, is the most water-soluble emulsifier commercially available in the world. It provides superior solubilisation properties on a wide range of oil-based materials.

The years of research endeavours have also yielded proprietary technology, SoluClear™, for the generation of clear emulsions. This process allows clear and stable beverages to be formulated with citrus flavours, natural colours and nutraceuticals using very small proportions of Habo Monoester P90.
